What happens if something is missed?
Tell the supervisor and we return. There is a named contact for every site rather than a call centre, and rectification of a missed item on a recurring contract is at no charge. If the same item is missed twice, the scope or the roster is wrong and we change it rather than apologising a third time.
Do you handle specialist trades like exhaust canopies and grease traps?
No, and we will say so rather than quoting work we should not perform. Licensed kitchen exhaust cleaning, grease trap servicing, hazardous materials and remediation stay with the appropriate licensed contractors. We coordinate with them where a site needs both.
