What is included in the rate

Not included by default: client consumables such as paper, soap, sanitiser and bin liners, which we can supply as an itemised line; licensed trades such as exhaust canopy and grease trap servicing; and rope or elevated external window access, which is quoted per project.
Loadings, minimums and CBD access time
Saturday work carries roughly a 25 percent loading and Sunday 50 percent, with public holidays higher, reflecting award penalty rates rather than opportunism. Minimum attendance on a recurring site is two hours, and one-off jobs carry a call-out minimum near $250. Are your Parramatta cleaning rates inclusive of GST?
The rates on this page are quoted excluding GST, which is how commercial cleaning is normally tendered in Australia. Your written quote shows the ex-GST figure, the GST amount and the total, so there is no ambiguity when the first invoice arrives.
Do rates change for weekend or public holiday work?
Yes. Saturday work is typically quoted at a 25 percent loading and Sunday at 50 percent, with public holidays higher again, reflecting award penalty rates. Where a site genuinely needs weekend service we build it into the fixed monthly price rather than surprising you with an adjustment.
Is there a minimum visit charge?
Two hours is our minimum attendance for a recurring site, which is standard across the industry. Below that, travel and setup consume more of the visit than cleaning does. One-off jobs carry a minimum call-out of around $250 depending on the work.
How often do rates increase?
Once a year, in line with the Cleaning Services Award increase that takes effect in July, and we give 30 days written notice. We do not apply mid-year adjustments unless the scope itself changes, and any scope change is quoted before it is implemented.
Do you charge extra for equipment and chemicals?
No. Equipment, chemicals and consumable cloths are included in the hourly rate for recurring contracts. Client-supplied consumables such as toilet paper, hand soap and bin liners are separate, and we can supply and restock them as an itemised line if you prefer.
What if the site turns out to be different to the walkthrough?
We re-quote rather than quietly cut corners. If the scope agreed at the walkthrough no longer matches the site — a tenancy expands, a fit-out changes the floor plan, a new bathroom appears — we put a revised figure in writing and you decide before anything changes.
